Most commonly, a black bird is seen to be either a Crow or a Raven (there are other black birds, but most of them do not have common symbolic meaning).
Crow - Ill health.
Some Native American beliefs see Crow as representative of Law (Spiritual), suggesting it may be time to examine your life and realign it with what you know to be morally and spiritually correct. Look to the future and see how your current behaviour will effect it. Are you on the right path? Now may be the time for you to become that "better person" you know yourself to be… time to walk the walk, not just talk the talk.
Raven - Bad news, possibly of death, illness, loss, sadness.
Some Native American beliefs see Raven as the embodiment of Magic, this could signify that you are about to undergo a change in consciousness. The manner of the change may be mysterious or mundane, you may see I coming or not recognise it until you are nearly through, but it will rearrange your thinking and open your mind to other possibilities. Magic is in the air, do not try to figure it out, it is beyond you.
It means that you happened to be in that location at that time, where you were able to observe the bird flying across the moon. Neither the bird nor the moon are there for the purpose of sending you mystical messages of any sort. The bird is just going about its business, probably looking for an edible bug, and the moon doesn't really have business as such, it merely orbits the Earth in accordance with the Newtonian laws of gravity and mechanics.
It means they are going somewhere
It means you forgot to shut your window.
Do you mean a full bird Colonel or four star General...? I've never heard of General full bird....
It was struck by a massive meteor which broke up into smaller peices and was so big the rocks were flying across the planet and landing in all sorts of places.
To evolve a Flying Pichu, you must get it to full happiness, then you can evolve it into a Flying Pikachu.
