The gold plating is only a few atoms thick and would cost more to remove than it's worth.
Unfortunately there's almost no aftermarket for these so-called "collectibles". It's almost a dead-cert that the coins are all circulation strikes, and the gold plating means that regular numismatists considered them to be altered coins - i.e. worth face value only.

They are all common circulation issue, the gold plating doesn't add any value (The amount of gold is tiny on there and wasn't done at the mint) and a collector will view the coins as damaged. You might be able to sell the entire set at a small premium over face value but any coin dealer will decline to buy them for more than a quarter.
This "stuff" has no numismatic value, so try eBay to see what they sell for.
Any gold-plating was done outside of the US Mint, so there isn't really a set definitive value. Try looking for similar items on eBay to check what kinds of prices people are getting.

If you mean the first year (1999) of the US State Quarters that have been gold plated, they have no numismatic collectible value. The plating was NOT done by the US Mint and are considered altered or novelty coins.
It's just a state quarter that has been gold plated and it has no collectible value at all, unless you find someone that wants it.

With the dates of 1987 & 1992 they can't be State Quarters first year for state quarters was 1999. If the coins have Washington's Head on both sides they're novelty coins and have no collectible value at all.
