Don't have an exact answer for your 582, however GUNBROKER.COM has one up for bid at present starting at $195.
I have one that I bought about 1971 or 72. Shot it for a few years and put it in the closet until a few weeks ago due to not having a place to shoot it. I had forgotten how much fun it was to shoot this gun. I have recently gotten back into shooting and have noticed it's very difficult to find a bolt action 22 with a tubular magazine. It holds 14 rounds and can still hold a one and half inch pattern at 50 yds. I really think it can do much better with a good 3-9 x 32 scope which I plan to get soon.
Point is, I wouldn't trade this classic for even $300. And my advice to you is keep the gun if you are still into shooting.

The value of a Harrington and Richardson 7mm Remington mag serial number 52897 depends on its condition. This gun in excellent condition is valued between 125.00 and 200.00 as of 2014.

With the serial number that you supplied, your Remington model 14 1/2 rifle was made in either 1914,or 1915.These rifles were made from 1914-1931 by Remington. Definitely 1914 smack dab in the middle of the range listed in Remington Records.
Browning did not make the Model 11, Remington did. If you have a Remington Model 11 in 16ga, value is between $150-$450.
First year production 1912.
