What is the value of a 1941 US cent? |
[Edit] |
1941 Pennies
1941 in good condition is worth 3-5 cents.
Here is more input:
- Common wheat cents from the 40's and 50's will bring about 75 cents for a roll of 50 from a dealer and sell for about 10 cents a piece. An uncirculated 1941 would probably cost about a dollar. In circulated condition, it's worth about 2 cents.
- As you can tell from looking at your pocket change, all U.S. coins carry the motto E Pluribus Unum ("From many, one") so this isn't a distinguishing characteristic. The most important characteristics are denomination, date, mintmark, and condition.
