There are no 24 karat as they would be at high risk since pure gold is very malleable (can bend easy). YES, there is 7 karat gold. I own a 7 karat gold thimble. IT has some weird hallmarks inside of it. I had it assayed and it actually came back 7 1/2 karat gold. Im pretty certain it was made somewhere in Europe
