These figures are published in the Blue Book of Gun Values. Serial number 135174, for example, was manufactured in 1916. As to value, condition is the key. There are also some rare variations, so would need to know barrel length, any unusual markings on the gun, what finish, etc. Generally speaking, value ranges from $150-$500.
Without a better description the only help I can offer is a range of a few hundred to a possibly a few thousand.
