The Franklin mint makes an official bicentennial day commemorative in a nice black folder. The coin depicts the signing of the Declaration of Independence. It contains somewhere around three quarters of an ounce of sterling silver. At todays silver prices it is worth at least, oh say $23. They are selling now for $30-$50 for their numismatic value. What's to say what anything is worth. Ultimately it's worth what someone will give you for it. As for me I wouldn't pay more than $20 or take less than $30, but that's just me.
Jefferson was busy being a diplomat overseas and missed the entire convention, although both he and John Adams sent letters to it.
