It's not a "lady head" dime, that's a picture of Miss Liberty, so it's sometimes called a Liberty head dime. However, the Liberty cap she is wearing looks a lot like the helmet worn by the god Mercury so these coins are almost universally known as Mercury dimes.
They were issued for over 30 years at 3 mints, so you'll need to post a more specific question with the coin's date and whether there is a letter D or S next to the word ONE on the back.

The US dime produced in 1807 was known as a "Draped Bust" dime, and would not be mistaken for an Indian head. In fact, I am not aware of any US dime that could be referred to as an "Indian head" dime.

If it has any wear at all the value is for the silver only about $1.00. A uncirculated 1942 dime is about $2.50
If it's a US dime it's referred to as a Barber dime with Lady Liberty on the obverse not Caesar. values are $1.00-$3.00 in average condition
A Mercury Head dime date 1926 with no mintmark has a retail value of $2.50 to $6.00 for a coin in average circulated condition.
