A Mickey Mantle signed Sports banquet program (cover) would be compatible in value with a signed 8 x 10 photo, and worth about $150.-$300. Value will vary based on condition, and the type of authenticity that accompanies the signature. Part of the value will be determined by how well the program displays the signature, and how it stands out in contrast to the program. If the signature is on the inside of the program it could be valued as a "cut signature"
A Mickey Mantle cut signature is worth about $75.-$150. Cut Signatures are often cut from an item that has been ruined to save its value from such items as a cover of a publication, photograph, letter or notebook on which it was originally signed. Cuts are commonly used by collectors to display with a framed photo, or for inserts by Baseball card companies. Signatures that have not been properly authenticated could sell at half the market value or less.
It doesn't exist. Mantle was 12 years old in 1943.

I have no answer but would like to know.
Of cause. Mickey Mantle signed autographs throughout his career. During the late 1980's, when the "baseball memorabilia boom" started, Mickey often signed at autograph shows for the price of $15.00 !! Mickey Mantle signed very few Gene Budig baseballs which came into use in 1995, the year Mantle died. He was also very ill that year and didn't sign often. Although it is possible to have one it is unlikely, and should at least send up a red flag.

No, he did not. Mickey Mantle drank alcohol, but he didn't use drugs.
Mickey Mantle had two styles signing autographs. His signature early in his career is very different than his signature later in his career. With some of the earlier signatures on team signed baseballs you also have to be careful of clubhouse signatures, that might have been signed by an equipment manager or trainer while Mickey was not available. See Related Links below for a sample of both Mickey Mantle's signatures

2007 Topps Mickey Mantle Autograph cardMickey mantle passed away on August 13, 1995. The 2007 Topps card you have might feature a facsimile signature as Mickey Mantle could not have signed it. If the card was a autographed insert by Topps which a cut signature would have been used then value will rely on the number of inserts that were made that year. For a value for either the 2007 Topps Mickey Mantle card or insert, the card number would be needed to identify the exact card you have. In general a signed Mickey Mantle Baseball card is worth about $150.-$300. if properly authenticated.
