More information is needed. Your coin is almost certainly from England, but you need to say what its denomination is and how worn it is. Please post a new question with that information to help ID it.

Also, the wording (hard to see, I know) is actually "Dei" rather than Del. The motto is heavily abbreviated Latin for "Victoria, by the Grace of God Queen of England, Defender of the Faith, and Empress of India".

You need to provide more and different information. ALL British coins have that motto so it doesn't help to ID your coin. What matters is its denomination as well as the date.

Please post a new question with its denomination. If you can't determine it, include a description of the image on the side opposite to the queen's picture.

ALL British Coins from Queen Victoria's reign will have that motto so it doesn't really help to ID anything. Please post a new question with a description of the image on the side opposite Victoria's picture, and the coin's size and denomination.

ALL British coins from 1838 to 1901 carried a portrait of the queen. You need to know the coin's denomination and condition to determine its value. The denomination will be something odd like farthing, penny, florin, etc. Please post a new question with that information.

FWIW, by convention the monarch's image is considered to be on the front side of British coins.

Your coin is either an 1890 bronze British Penny, Halfpenny or a Farthing. The denomination will be inscribed on the reverse.

The woman on the obverse is Queen Victoria. The figure on the reverse is the seated female figure of Britannia holding a trident and shield who personifies Britain and her dominance of the seas. Britannia has appeared on many British coins over the years, but was most commonly on the predecimal Penny.

The phrase "VICTORIA DEI GRA BRITT REGINA FID DEF IND IMP" is mostly abbreviated from Latin. The literal definition is - "Victoria by the Grace of God, Queen of the British Territories, Defender of the Faith, Empress of India" and identifies the reigning Monarch, not the coin or the country.

If your coin is sufficiently worn that you cannot read the inscription, it will have very little value.

"About an inch diameter" does not help identify your coin.

What is the coin made from and what is the design on the reverse?

What is the value of a Queen Victoria Del Gratia Britt gratia ed 1889?

It wouldn't say Victoria and be dated 1909 because Victoria died in 1901. Also the motto is on ALL British coins so it doesn't help ID anything. Please post a new question with the coin's date and denomination.

A coin dated 1967 which says one penny Victoria dei gratia Britt Regina f d value?

The phrase "VICTORIA DEI GRA BRITT REGINA FID DEF IND IMP" is mostly abbreviated from Latin. The literal definition is - "Victoria by the Grace of God, Queen of the British territories, Defender of the Faith, Empress of India". This expression and variations of it appear on the obverse of all pre-decimal coins of all British Empire/Commonwealth countries. The expression identifies the reigning Monarch of the period, in this case, Queen Victoria. It does not identify the country or the denomination of the coin. The equivalent phrase for Queen Victoria's successor, King Edward VII, is - "EDWARDVS VII DEI GRA BRITT OMN REX FID DEF IND IMP". The literal definition is - "Edward VII by the Grace of God, King of all the British territories, Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India". The phrase varies as the Monarch and the gender of the Monarch changes, and as the circumstances of the British Empire/Commonwealth changes.
