All silver dollars from 1794 to 1935 have Liberty's picture on them as well as that word, so much more information is needed. You have to determine the coins' conditions, dates, and whether or not they have mint marks. Then you can check sites such as those linked below for values.

I haven't been keeping up with these prices lately, but I'll post an answer just to get rid of a totally wrong one that was here. The Silver Eagle is a one-ounce bullion coin with a numismatic premium in high grades. An uncirculated 1989 will trade for a bit more than the spot silver price (around $15 if silver is at $13) and a proof will go for about twice as much.
