Value of a real one would approach $100,000. There are many copies that were made before the Hobby Protection Act of 1972 and therefore are not marked "COPY". One of the major grading and authentication services would have to certify it.
Counterfeit
"S W V" would definitely indicate a counterfeit -- not likely to be worth more than a couple dollars as a novelty item.
"S.M.V." are the letters that are supposed to be on the coin.
