Since the human body is very close to the density of water, you can easily calculate the volume from the weight. A cubic foot of water weighs about 62.4 pounds or in metric, a kilogram is equal to a liter. If you weigh a hundred kilos, your body volume is 0.1 cubic meters or a hundred liters.

That all depends on the size of the human. However a good way to find out is to get into a bathtub full of water. let it overflow with all of you in it then get out of it. the amount of water you have to put back into it to fill to overflowing again will be your volume.
