What is the waiting limit on getting remarried after you get divorced?

[Edit]

Answer

The answer to this question may vary from state to state. From what I have gathered it is anywhere between 1 month and 6 months... however you must understand that if you remarry within 1 month of your divorce, your ex-spouse may have reason to believe that an affair was present before the divorce was filed. He/she can rebuke anything the judge said and have a new trail if he/she can prove the affair.
