The "weight" of a modern US Navy nuclear-powered aircraft carrier is expressed as its "displacement". The latest class of carriers, the Nimitz class, has a displacement of more than 97,000 tons (long tons) or 98,000 tonnes.
The USS George H.W. Bush (CVN-77), the tenth and last Nimitz-class carrier to be built, displaces approximately 102,000 long tons (114,000 short tons).
Right, but the question wasn't what the displacement is. The question was, how much does it WEIGH? Displacement is simply how much water the ship displaces when floating. Water isn't as dense as steel, so the ship's actual dry weight on land will be different than the water it pushes out of the way. What that weight is for a Nimitz class ship doesn't seem to be available on search. Perhaps it is classified information. Therefore, the question remains unanswered.
Very Heavy
The USS Eisenhower carrier is the most strongest aircraft carrier in the World.
Japanese aircraft carrier Kaga was created on 1929-11-30.
There is no maximum theoretically. As long as the weight of the water being displaced is greater than the weight of the ship itself, it will float. That's why a 1 pound steel ball sinks, but a 90,000 ton aircraft carrier made out of the same material floats.
The George Bush Aircraft Carrier can hold 150 airplanes.
Japanese aircraft carrier Unyō was created on 1942-05-31.
100,000 pounds.
Only there's no one on the aircraft carrier.

Carrier fighter vs carrier fighter. Aircraft carrier duels. Carrier planes (naval aircraft) have folding wings/or wing-tips for shipboard operations.

Vikrant class aircraft carrier was created in 2015.
There is a flight deck on an aircraft carrier but, it is not an aircraft carrier as there are many other ships that have flight decks on them. The amphibious assault ship is a good example.
French aircraft carrier Béarn was created in 1927-05.
Soviet aircraft carrier Novorossiysk ended in 1993-06.

It wasn't an aircraft carrier, but a battleship. The battleship used was the USS Missouri.
