What is this clogged pore type thing just below the bottom lip its not cold sore or normal zit its a little firm and raised but wont pop clear or pus or get crazy irritated like blackhead would?

Its a little dry and hard at top and seems like it could be cleared like a blackhead with a little pressure but that doesn't work but it also doesn't get real red or irritated it just won't go way. It is a little bit sensitive
