My daughter gets a yellow/green/greyish blotchy face when she overheats (she has anhidrosis of undetermined origin). and has done so since birth (she's in her 20s now). This was caused by exposure to sun in the hotter times of the year or when exercising or trying to participate in children's games or dance classes. I suspect you are seeing the result of overheating. The color change should be a warning sign to you to get your boy into a cooler environment and some cool liquid to drink.
If you find out what's causing the anhidrosis, please post that? They checked my daughter for Fabry's and quite a few other things and keep coming up with nothing. Whatever you do, do not accept "gee, we don't know. Just live with it." because anhidrosis can be lethal in the wrong circumstances.

It's no more common to sneeze after exercise than at any other time. If you experience this, it is likely due to something in the air where you are, maybe mold in the shower room or dust or bright sunlight.
