If the single shot .410 is mint it's worth $190-$220. If it's used up a bit and has dings it's worth $75.00 at the very most. They made a ton of these guns and I own 2 of them. thanks. These youth models, odd side release, single shot shotguns were made from the mid/late 30's to 1984. I had one in the early 60's as my first shotgun, at 8 years of age. 2.5 or 3 inch shell approved, solid little-short shotgun, in other words a very small light shotgun. At 8, kick was strong (i.e. small, short, and light) but I killed many squrriels at close range on my grandpa's farm with it. I moved to a 20 gauge quickly, for more game choices, less felt recoil, and distance. $100 tops today for a nice quality specimen ! A 22/410 over and under would have made me happier at the time too!
If a shot has a 3inch chamber it will also shoot - 2 3/4 inch shells..
i just bought one for$85 in fair condition
Whether it is a Savage/Stevens of any other modern shotgun, look on the top or side of the receiver and it will give you that information. For example: on a 12 gauge it will say 2and3/4 inch only or 2 and 3/4 inch and 3inch magnum. The gauge is equal to the number of corresponding lead (as in metal) balls that it takes to equal on pound (troy)
When were 3inch magnum
give you $130.00 right now
If it's chamberd for 3" magnum shells and the owner's manual says so.
toy's R us I can't match the Coast to Coast mod 660 however Savage, Marlin, Stevens, and Mossberg all sold various models to Coast to Coast and all of them made a pump shotgun. One of these manufactures likely made the mod 660. Find a Gun Values book and try to match the model to the photos.
That depends on the size of the shot in the 3 inch shotgun shell, and the weight of the shot.
Value is too difficult to be accurate without seeing the gun. Condition which includes the amount of original finish and original configuration will determine value. Expect $200-$350 range for this gun. Recommend taking it to a gun shop for appraisal.
.410 shotgun shell either 3inch or 2 and one half inch
3inch
No way to answer without knowing how old the shotgun is, what the 00 buck is made of and the choke of the piece.
