A Traditional Monarchy is a form of government in which the monarch has ultimate governing authority as head of state and head of government. When the monarch has no or few legal restraints in state and political matters, it is called an absolute monarchy. The monarch has sole power over his or her subjects’ lives. There is no Prime Minister of President. Ex. Thailand, Bhutan, Qatar, Oman, and Swaziland.

It means that it's a monarchy, but instead of the traditional title or king, queen, prince, etc., the head-of-state is given the title "president". United Arab Emirates is a good example of this type of government.
There is no such thing as a 'Traditional Government'. Tradition depends on historical usage. The nearest thing would be some form of monarchy or dictatorship, as these have been used most frequently throughout history.
Having a monarchy has no effect on the economic system of that country. Monarchies have presided over traditional economic states, mercantilist states, capitalist states, welfare-socialist states, etc.
Although Brunei is technically a constitutional monarchy, the Sultan is given full executive power and his role as ruler of the nation is enshrined in the country's constitution, so it effectively functions as an absolute monarchy. Moreover, the ruling royal family is highly respected, and subsequent rulers are selected following traditional rites of succession.
