To treat a bone bruise, there are few things you can do. You can ice it, no more than 20 minutes at a time, and without having the ice directly on your skin. You can elevate it, to help reduce the swelling. The ice will help reduce swelling as well. You can take ibprofen, which will help with the pain and with the swelling. Let it rest... it is extremely easy to re-injure the area and cause even more damage, and a more painful bone bruise. It is also recommended that you do NOT wrap it. Bone bruises can take days to weeks to recover from, depending on the severity of the injury. Traumatic bone bruises can take months to heal.
Ice should be applied to bruises especially when the injury first happens. Leave it on for twenty minutes, then off twenty minutes, then twenty more minutes of ice. Then wait an hour and if you want, repeat the process.
Ice will contract the blood vessels and reducing the bleeding and swelling.
Then it's recommended two or three days after the injury to apply heat to help speed the healing process. Watch the area and if the bruising gets worse with heat then the vessels aren't healed yet and you should wait longer before applying heat.
The only way to be 100% sure is to have a high density MRI. You cannot see a bruised bone in a normal x-ray.
symptoms are severe pain, swelling, and occasionally (but not always) discoloration of the affected area.
to treat a bone bruise you need to ice the area, rest, and use pain medication to minimize discomfort.
You need to halt any light lateral movement or heavy forward movement such as walking fast, running or jumping over fences. In addition, curb the forward movement and begin an aqua therapy regiment, consult a physical therapist or someone who understands physiology. Hope this helps.
They go away on their own. No need to do anything.

No, a sprain is a tear in the ligament or tendon, not an injury to a bone.
That is your tail bone.
Bruised bones are the result of internal bleeding. It would make no difference if you wrapped them, however if wrapped too tightly you will prevent the blood from circulating and it will take longer to heal. Wrapping with padding may prevent you from bruising the same bones again if the bruise is a result of an activity which you do on a regular basis. In summary wrap to avoid repetitive injury to the same bone(s), otherwise allow to heal naturally without wrapping. Note - I'm not a doctor, however played soccer to a high standard and have knowledge of the above.

That depends on a lot of things like your age and how badly bruised it is. It can take from days to weeks.
Yes, you can. Immobilizing allows it to heal faster than just wearing an orthopedic boot.
Dude its okay if it is bruised it will heal man and if it hurts a lot tell an adult and if u can't move it then it is broken and go to the hospital and jammed fingers mean that the bone moved and it got out of its place. Dont let this scare you. It will heal! =)

Given what happened to it, you may want to visit the doctor. Otherwise, it might never heal properly (particularly if a bone was broken or a knuckle cracked).

The amount of time it takes for a bruised hip to heal depends on the severity of the bruise. Everyone heels differently, so there is set amount of time that it will take for the bruise to heal.

The skin is more prone to getting cut and bruised than the bones. Also, bones are more rigid and it heals slowly.
