This oil is better known as lemongrass it is a fragrant grass which grows in india and the oil is obtained by distillation and can be used in cookery especially indian and asian recipes but when used in a carrier oil such as wheatgerm it is very good for clearing acne and spots also if massaged into the stomach during pregnancy it reduces stretch marks as it improves the elasticity of the skin if inhaled neat it is great for treating shock and also added to your bath it is good for digestive purposes especially relieving if you suffer with colitis
