It is natural for women to produce discharge and it becomes crusty once it has dried. It is just the process of keeping the vagina clean and also to lubricate for intercourse - nothing to worry about i assure you (unless it is brown green or very very yellowy)
Don't jump to conclusions as it is quite common for women to have this and it is vaginal discharge. Some women wear pantyliners daily to prevent having this in their underwear.
