What is wrong if your car windows will not go fully down or up?

Window Problem

If your window wont go down all the way, remove the door panel, drill a hole in the motor to remove all the oil, next pop your hood, put jumper cable on your battery, take a bolt (drill it through your roof) connect positive to it, and then stick the egative in your mouth. You windows now work perfectly
