THIS IS COMON WHEN A WIRE IS WORN AND IS GROUNDING OUT ON THE FRAME ,STAND ON THE SIDE OF YOUR BIKE HAVE SOME ONE HOLD IT FOR YOU,TURN THE HANDLE BARS SLOWLY WATCH THE WIRES AT THERE MOST TENTION SPOT LOOK ALONG THE FRAME, USEALY THATS WHERE IT WILL BE?>
