What is wrong when a 1994 Lumina will every once in awhile shut off completely but the battery is good and so is the alterator and will start back up immediately?

[Edit]

Answer

Look for a check engine light. If it is on, a local auto parts store will usually tell you what it means for free. I doubt this problem has anything to do with your battery or alternator. It sound like faulty wiring or sensor.
