you need to put some freeon in it
Possibly the compressor has a hole in it. My 2000 Sonata had the similar problem soon within a year of purchasing. The dealership replaced under warranty.

Look at compressor when engine running-You should be able to see if compressor clutch is pulling in. Try with A/C on and then with A/C off to see difference
The AC compressor uses a chemical refrigerant known as freon to cool air as it comes into the cabin of your car. This chemical can leak out over time and as it leaks, it turns to gas, so you can't see it leaking out. If you turn on the ac and just ambient air comes in, you can your Air conditioning recharged, and see if anything improves.
It depends on which temperature you have at the place where the air compressor is placed. But a normal air compressor takes 300 watt to run. The standard outlet which comes with your air compressor when you buy it will be good.

It will cool down, nothing is wrong with it. It is just air.
