Something is loose and/or vibrating. The cutting tip may be too long, ie, it may be too far from the mounting assembly, there could be a problem with the bearings, or the speed could be too high.

What is the reason of the frequency limitation in bridge?

A bridge has an upper frequency limit because above that frequency the measuement accuracy fails because of stray capacitance and inductance inside the bridge device.

What is a Swiss lathe machine used for?

Swiss-style lathes are used for machining components requiring extreme accuracy. some of these lathes are capable of machining to within 0.00025mm or 0.00001in. Swiss-style lathes are used for smaller and/or longer workpieces, the lathes are applicable for different industries to machine parts.

Why this cnc machines are used?

the cnc technology is applicable for high accuracy machining and high speed machining,it si more efficient than the conventional methods like lathe,driller,etc..by the application of cnc the production time can be reduced and there by increase the productivity and profit .

What are the difference between conventional milling machine and CNC milling machine?

Non conventional Machining is a recent development in machining techniques. It is based on unconventional machining techniques using Laser beam, Electron beam, Electric arc etc. Conventional machining involves the direct contact of tool and work -piece, whereas unconventional machining does not require the direct contact of tool and wor piece. Conventional machining has many disadvantages like tool wear which are not present in Non-conventional machining. Examples : Electric arc machining, Laser cutting , electro discharge machining, plasma cutting etc Advantages of Non-conventional machining: 1) High accuracy and surface finish 2) no direct contact of tool and workpiece, so there is less/no wear 3) tool life is more 4 ) quieter operation Disadvantages of non-conventional machining: 1) high cost 2) complex set-up 3) skilled operator required

What is Unconventional machining technique?

In ordinary machining we use harder tool to work on workpiece , this limitation is overcome by unconventional machining. unconventional machining is directly using some sort of indirect energy for machining. Example : sparks, lasers, heat , chemicals etc.. applied in EDM ,laser cutting machines...etc

What is the effect on tool life surface finish and dimensional accuracy when applying roughing and finishing cuts?

Tool life is greatly shortened when used for both roughing and finishing thus affecting dimensional accuracy and surface finish badly as tool begin to wear off or get chipped, whereas, tool life gets longer when different tools are being used for roughing and finishing again dimensional accuracy and surface finish is affected but this time by achieving good results.

what is cnc machining in 3d printing?

CNC machining, or Computer Numerical Control machining, is a subtractive manufacturing process frequently employed in conjunction with 3D printing to achieve precision and refinement in the production of complex parts. While 3D printing is renowned for its additive layer-by-layer approach, CNC machining involves the removal of material from a solid block to achieve the desired shape and specifications. In the context of 3D printing, CNC machining is often used for post-processing or finishing steps. This hybrid approach leverages the benefits of both technologies: the rapid prototyping capabilities of 3D printing and the high-precision finishing achievable through CNC machining. After a part is 3D printed, CNC machining is employed to enhance tolerances, refine surface finishes, and achieve intricate geometries that might be challenging for 3D printing alone. This dual approach ensures the production of components with superior dimensional accuracy and surface quality, meeting the stringent requirements of various industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical. At Vexma Technologies, we integrate advanced 3D printing and CNC machining technologies to deliver comprehensive solutions for your manufacturing needs. Our commitment to precision and innovation allows us to provide you with high-quality, customized parts that meet the most demanding specifications.

What are the advantages of cnc over conventional machining process?

Computer numerical control (CNC) machining has many benefits over manual machining. To begin, CNC machining is more reliable and accurate because it does not rely on physical labor. With its multi-axis capability, simultaneous operations, and automatic tool changes, it improves production efficiency. CNC machines provide for more freedom of design because they can easily create sophisticated geometries and patterns. CNC machining also facilitates quicker production turnarounds, lowers labor costs, and makes part reproduction less labor intensive. CNC machining has many advantages over traditional machining techniques, including greater accuracy, repeatability, and overall productivity, and the ability to work with a wide variety of materials.

Why is clear and dimensional accuracy in marking out to specification and drawing requirements important?

Clear and dimensional accuracy in marking out is critical in all circumstances. You spend the time marking something out then you or others should be able to see it clearly. Drawing requirements must be followed at all times you mark out to the tolerance the drawing states.

Does the model accurately represent the process of producing recombinant DNA?

The model accurately represents the process of producing recombinant DNA. Mathematical calculations are used for the model for the purpose of high accuracy.

How do pseudorandom numbers affect that accuracy of simulation?

Random numbers are used to determine the statistics and generate frequency rules. Pseudorandom numbers can skew the resultant frequencies and greatly alter the accuracy of simulation.
