Many people get headaches after napping. The reasons for this are many. If you take a long nap, you may cause yourself to become dehydrated or have low blood sugar. Also, the body wants balance - and disturbing your normal sleep patterns with a nap can trigger a migraine.
In fact, while all of the above reasons can contribute to tension headaches, they also can trigger migraines.

Take a nap for about 1 hour
Advil or go to the doctor because if they are really bad migraines and you get them a lot something is wrong with you, or you can just have a really big nap and see how it goes after a while, that what i do, but if it still hurts go to your GP
Take some tylenol. Also, sometimes a relaxing hot shower with a nap can work too.
if you haven't eaten, eat. if you have eaten, then take an Advil. If all else fails...take a nap.

I think a nap can be at least 2-5 hour nap I'm not really sure cause I ain't a nap expert so yeah there's your answer-😘
