They will still be wet but shouldn't be too wet so it is possible that it's not coming up to speed. Make sure you've got it on the right setting because for things like 'delicates' it puts the spin cycle lower so they won't get as dry on that

the result of a water deficit would be that all the water is stored in one place in the ground which means that all the plants and crops would be flooded and the ground would be very wet and soggy, this means that there would be a shortage of corn, wheat, etc :)
Your internal drains may start backing up, and you may notice a really bad stench coming from the drains. Outside above the cesspool, the ground may start to appear soggy and wet all the time. Get that thing pumped out - it is probably full of solid waste.
If you add to much water then the soil will get soggy and mushy so that indecates that the plant overwatered and it is not getting enough sunlight or CO2 and when the soil is dusty dry then the plant is under watered.
Do you HAVE TO SHOUT. - It's more likely that the pump is having a problem, could be something jammed in it, or it's just getting old. . Call a good handyman or an appliance guy, they will know. ---------------------------------- Yes it can be. Yes, it is. It means very damp or wet (soggy clothes, soggy ground).
No, it won't get soggy. I always leave my bread in the machine for awhile after it is done baking so it can cool down. It's much easier to remove after it has cooled. All the moisture has been absorbed, and the bread is baked at that point, so there is nothing to make it soggy.
According to my sister, who uses them in soggy Seattle, they do make clothes dry faster than they would otherwise, decreasing the amount of time clothes need to stay in the drier.
Soggy Noodle was created in 1993.

Soggy means "soaked with moisture or liquid".

Soggy doggy.
Just soaking them in clean water would make them soggy, but they could be carefully dried out and used. Washing them, say in a shirt pocket, would reduce them to an unrecognisable pulp.
