What is your major accomplishments? In: Job Interviews |
[Edit] |
A potential employer wants to know some of your major accomplishments; tell them anything that you have started (in or outside of the workplace-a musical band, an organization, a 'Meals on Wheels' chapter in you neighborhood, fitness club, community clean-up, etc.) Tell them about things you've done at the workplace that has IMPROVED a part, or the entire company. Look for past accomplishments that have resulted in COST REDUCTION, PROCESS IMPROVEMENT, INCREASED SALES VOLUME, CUSTOMER AWARENES, REDUCED OPERATING COSTS (do you turn out the lights when you leave), ETC.
Don't be afraid to embellish a little bit. For future ref, be more specific about your question, although it's very good, I am assuming it's something relating to a job interview or review, and Good Luck Friend.
