Your sister-in-law's husband could be your brother.

However if your sister-in-law is the sister of your spouse, then her husband is not related to you, although he is your spouse's brother-in-law.

The relationship between you and your cousin-in-law is that of marriage rather than blood. Your cousin-in-law is the cousin of your spouse. You might also include the spouse of your spouse's cousin as your cousin-in-law.

One way a person can be your brother-in-law is if he is married to your sister. Then your brother-in-law's wife is your sister.

The other way a person can be your brother-in-law is to be the brother of your spouse. In that case, your brother-in-law's wife is the sister-in-law of your spouse, but is not related to you.

Your father's sister is your aunt.

Her mother is also your father's mother, and thus your grandmother.

If your grandmother has only one daughter-in-law, and if your father is married to your mother, then your mother is that daughter-in-law.

What is the relationship between your wife and your brother's wife?

Your brother's son is your nephew, but the English language has no term for a relationship between you and the wife of your nephew. If you have to refer to her other than by name, the best you can do is call her "my nephew's wife" or "my brother's daughter-in-law."
