What jokes can you play on someone to let them know you like them?

Here's an example: say the person you find interesting is sitting down in a cafe with their back turned away from you. Stand on their right side and tap their left shoulder. They will first look to the left then to the right (where you are) when they look at you smile at them, give a compliment, and walk away before they say can anything (yes before they have time to say anything!). They will most likely stop you when you start walking away and talk to you. Take it from there, good luck!
