What kind of transmission fluid does a 2003 Hyndai Elantra use?

[Edit]

Answer

IF IT IS AN AUTOMATIC IT TAKES SP-III FLUID. IF IT IS A MANUAL THEN IT TAKES 75-90 GEAR OIL. IF YOU DO A DRAIN AND FILL AN AUTOMATIC WILL TAKE ABOUT 4-5 QTS, MUST BE CHECKED @ OPERATING TEMP, RUNNING, AND IN NEUTRAL. MANUALS SHOULD TAKE ABOUT 2.2QTS.
