What kinds of career options do you have with a Associate's Degree in English? |
Answer
McDonald's, or maybe a bookstore. Seriously, an Associate's degree in English doesn't buy you much. You need at least a Bachelor's degree for any position I can think of, including a "first grade teacher" as someone else suggested.
I would add secretary, office assistant, teacher assistant, proofreader, and library clerk. If you have a good grounding in medical terminology, you could be a medical transcriptionist.
If you can write, you can be a freelance writer.
