What language does a computer use?

[Edit]

A computer uses machine language which is also known as binary, and consists solely of 1 and 0. This corresponds to values that are either true/false. Since computers run on electric current, the only thing it understands is whether or not the current is present. Hence 1 and 0. After it goes through the ic chips and processors (which goes into discreet mathematics) it all these values add up and do some amazing things.
