∙ 12y agoMuslims are all over the world, like there are Muslims all the way in china (really, and they outnumber the number of Muslims in Saudi Arabia) so in mousques there are a variety of languages used, because Islam is not just a religion, it is a way of life it tells you what to do on every aspect it guides you and has an answer on everything. so since Islam is a way of life it can be taught and practiced and learnt in any language, it is like some people say a universal religon and i concurr with them
When people pray, they use Arabic, as the Qur'an was revealed in Arabic and the prayers are in Arabic, but for Khutbahs and lectures, most of the time the native country language is used. If you are in America, most of the times the Khutbas will be in English. If you are in Saudi Arabia, they will be in Arabic, and in Urdu if you are in Pakistan.
