The Constitution of Mauritius makes no mention of an official language. English is used in parliament and taught at school but French is more popular and Mauritius is both part of the Commonwealth and La Francophonie. Creole is spoken by about 90% of the population, but is not considered as the "official" language and how to use its grammar is still debated.

In her book entitled Mauritian Education in a Global Economy (EOI, 1994), Sheila Bunwaree says that : " The official language of the assembly should be English but any member may address the chair in French." she uses this quote taken from the Mauritian constitution to explain the semi-official status of french in Mauritius.

Well, since the Western Sahara is not considered as a nation, The Western Sahara is currently owned by Spain and Morocco so there is no official language. But if you're looking for an answer it would be Spanish and Arabic. (Mainly Arabic)
I believe, Western Sahara is a disputed area between Morocco and the indigenous people. Morocco annexed the territory right after UN demanded Spain to decolonize the territory. The official language is Arabic and then comes Spanish.

You should take a look at this documentary I found.

The Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, which is the independent government of Western Sahara (which operates in only 9% of Western Sahara's territory), claims Arabic as its official language with Spanish having a semi-official status. (This is much in the same way that French has a semi-official status in Morocco.) A semi-official status in this case is that Spanish is acceptable as a lingua franca and mean of communication, but is not acceptable for legal and governmental proceedings.

The majority of Western Sahara is administered as three provinces of Morocco. The official languages of Morocco are Arabic and Tamazight (the most commonly used Amazigh/Berber language in Morocco).
