Creole is spoken by about 90% of the population, but is not considered as the "official" language and how to use its grammar is still debated.
In her book entitled Mauritian Education in a Global Economy (EOI, 1994), Sheila Bunwaree says that : " The official language of the assembly should be English but any member may address the chair in French." she uses this quote taken from the Mauritian constitution to explain the semi-official status of french in Mauritius.

I believe, Western Sahara is a disputed area between Morocco and the indigenous people. Morocco annexed the territory right after UN demanded Spain to decolonize the territory. The official language is Arabic and then comes Spanish.
