Go to Canclave City. There talk to the sailor by the boat and he will aks if you want to go to Iron Island, say yes. You will go to Iron Island and team up with a trainer. Once you have gone through Iron Island with him he will give you a riolu egg.

Attacks:Psychic
Iron Tail
Dark Pulse
Dragon Pulse
Those are the attacks that i gave to lucario they are really strong P.S. My username Takeshi009 Try to fight my Pokemon if you dare
Actually, Riolu evolves into Lucario at level... 45, I believe, in Pokémon Indigo.

∙ 15y agogo to canavale city and you have to have an empty slot then get on the boat to iron island then go in and go right and keep going through until you meet riley and go through the cave until you meet team galactic fight them and then riley will give you an egg and it will hatch into to a riolu
