What local state and federal authorities were involved in Hurricane Katrina? |
[Edit] |
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) was, for sure.
The Army Corps of Engineers, who built all the levees to begin with, was called in to try and fix them.
And I guess all the regular locals were involved from the Governor's office on down to the Department of Public Works.
