The Constitution did not make the US rich. If that were the case the US would have been a rich nation from its inception. It was not. The US did not really become the economic and military power it is today until around the end of WW1. I suppose if you want to know which part of the Constitution enabled the recent prosperity, probably the Commerce Clause as it allows for all the regulation (and in some cases lack of regulation) by the Fed Gov't that has allowed for the flow of goods between the states.

What was the motive of the Founding Fathers for creating the Constitution according to Bread?

According to Charles Beard the Constitution was an "economical" document rather than a "political" document. Essentially his thesis is that the Constitution was written by a bunch of rich, land owning white guys, in order to benefit rich, land owning white guys. Even Beard admitted that his theory is impossible to prove, but his work, "An Economic Interpretation of the Constitution of the United States" is still in print and is a very interesting read.
