• Remaining calm under difficult circumstances
• Dealing with difficult customers
• Going that extra mile to exceed customers' expectations
• ability to multi-task
• remaining calm under frustrating situations - i.e. late passengers, late flights caused by air traffic control so you will not get home until late etc
• working as part of a small team - you therefore play a larger role within a smaller team
• working in confined spaces

All of those above you must be able to provide EVIDENCE of when you demonstrated them before
