Maybe your cat is hungry, wanting to go somewhere (like outside), horny, pregnant, wanting attention...It could be a bunch of things, actually. Just pay attention to how your cat acts. Most likely if a cat is sick, it will throw up, lose it's appetite, or have runny nose, diarrhea, and sick eyes.

Also check see how often he drinks goes to the bath room and eats.
If he is going to much his stomach has a problem.
If his drinking/eating not enough try switching foods it may help or feed him tiny pieces of stuff.
If that does not help he needs to go to the vet.

If your cat is throwing up all over or hisses and scratches you when you try to pet him/her, something is usually wrong.
