I am not a very good boy expert but i think i have a idea why they stare. Sometimes a group of boys stare becuase they fancy you or maybe there impressed by the way you dress or behave. Maybe you should try and ask them why they are staring but try not to sound rude. Another reason is they might stare becuase maybe a rumer has spread and got to them, eg. she picks her nose or something like that but the boys are not sure if its or not true so they stare untill they find out.
