to answer your question, it all depends on your frame. A frame is the posture and the way your bones are built. You can have a small, medium and large frame. (example, petite girls have a small frame.)

Here's the right weight though with the different frames for a woman for 5'4.

Woman 5'4;

Small Frame: 114-127 lbs.

Medium Frame: 124-138 lbs.

Large Frame: 134-151 lbs. It all depends on your body shape. If anything, you can always measure your bust, waist, hips, thighs, etc with a measuring tape.
