Check for copper imbalance. excess copper , or too little. or accumulated copper with deficiency of zinc.

My problem was addiction to Dark Chocolate & Coffee. Chocolate has too much copper. after I have restricted amount chocolate I was eating I checked my liver & result was great. My blood did not show liver enzymes. My energy & interest in life was back.

However, as I felt better I got relaxed & defied my own rule "eat a little bit of chocolate once a week only", bad habits coincided with stress & poor nutrition that showed results without much delay. Day by day I felt more tired, sleep deprived, nail fungous & other minor infections intensified, cold etc. As a reaction to my gradual increase of tiredness & fatigue I only increased consuming coffee & chocolates. Eventually , I have lost my appetite & if I have time I can sleep 20 hours a day. My energy that I had & I was so excited about few weeks ago is gone. I am chocoholic, tired, lost interest about anything, I just want to sleep.

After some thought I have obtained iron supplement, zinc & vitamin C, some pumpkin seeds for naturally high in iron. I passed sadly shelves adorned with dark chocolate bars. Once I feel better I can safely eat chocolate once a week. but now I need to detoxify from excess copper.
