There are many factors that causes discoloration of teeth. Some are by drinking dark colored beverages like coffee and sodas. And also eating chocolates too. Whenever possible, drink dark colored beverages with a straw so you are not likely to stain your teeth.

To avoid your teeth discolor, especially after you have bleached your teeth, you can consider the following:

Avoid as much as possible dark drinks and food for a week after bleaching.

Continue to whiten your teeth at home regularly. You will then be understood that faded very short time, how long do you see the results every time.

Maintain a good oral hygiene. Brush your teeth regularly morning and night to prevent plaque and tartar that gives teeth a duller color. Brush your teeth or chew gum cleaning after every meal to minimize discoloration from food and drink. Use mouthwash when brushing to fight bacteria.
