Disconnect from the INTERNET and never go on line again. Other than that there is no guaranteed method. The best you can do is to have good virus protection and keep it updated daily. Your protection is only as good as your last update. Do a Google search and read some articles on protecting your computer. You can also switch to a McIntosh computer. They a less venerable to virus threats.
