[Edit] |
Answer
lesions on the penis could be that you have contracted some kind of std. One of the main std that causes lesiona or open sores on the penis is syphilis. IT starts out with sores then clear up with cracky skin and then it may reappear in the same spot then maybe different. If you slept with someon e who is infected then most likely you have it it only shows up where the infected area has touched the body.
Answer

If you had some very rough sex and your partner dried up, the friction could cause damage to the skin. During sex you would not necessarilly feel it but will the next day.
If you wake up the next morning and see scabbing it more than likely will only be rough sex. Get yourself checked for syphillis as this can be deadly (but is treatable.) Syphillis will appear as red spots during the primary stage and then disappear. The secondary stage will have them reappear as bumps that could be outside of the groin region (or region of entry). the tertiary stage (third) will have syphillis eating away at your CNS (Central Nervous System). Serious stuff!
You could have herpes (white blisters called cankers) which is not curable. Herpes are a retro-virus just like HIV. There are no known cures for any viruses.
Genital warts look just like warts. These can be frozen off by a doctor. Do not use a home kit.
Always use protection and know your partner. Is putting your life at risk worth a night of passion? A mistake you make today could affect your love life when you are in your thirties. Try dating when you find out you have herpes!
