The 3X at the end of each mineral component indicate an homeopathic potentiation; since Diamond Water is supposed to be "charged" vibrationally, there should not be any substance in the water.
Perhaps the questioner obtained a type of Diamond Water that was altered to give some additional properties inherent in those mineral.
Homeopathically a 3X potentiation still has a lot of physical substances which may or not be adequate depending on the reason (s) for taking the water.
