June most of the American companys launch mustangs and cameros stuff like that
same for Toyota and Mitsubishi others like Honda there is no patern to thre launch dates i have seen 1998 model hondas made in 1999 :)

Why are cars that come out in one year say another year?
This practice started years ago and has progressively gotten more confusing. Normally new vehicle models come out in around September or October. A 2010 model will come out in the latter part of 2009 and be designated as a 2010 model. In the past there were even mid year models designated as 1966 1/2 (as an example). Now they release a new model when they choose and whatever month they want. That month has been getting earlier and earlier.
